IIRC Tikay is our expert on such matters.

Just get a briefcase and look like a proper twat.

If you're vain or insecure enough to worry what you look like, don't get one.

Personally, I couldn't give a toss if people think I look like a twat or a poof or whatever, just so long as I don't have to walk around with my hands and/or pockets full of junk.

If you have a lady with you bung everything pos in her bag as its bound to be the size of cornwall.

what about? man bags or hairy arses?

Rather than the type you hold like a purse, could a satchel type bag be considered more manly?  I use one for bits a pieces I need to take to work with me.

This, no

Why not just use a Daysack??? Or even a Patrol pack (similar) which totally takes the puffiness out of it - Or would that need a whole new debate??

Im interested in this from a practicality / durability point of view.

Can you post pics or links to pics / specs for said items?

TIA.
