350 runners, of which 250 are currently on sale on www.skypoker.com

the remainder for live sats and possibly direct buy in at DTD

£200+20 Buy In, the event is £40,000 GTD

Currently on Sky Poker 93 seats are sold, and there are two ways to get in online

a) Satellites

Satellites are available in the lobby now and cover all bankrolls! See below for details...

SPT Satellite - Daily at 5.35pm, 6.35pm and 7.35pm. 1 in 5 win a seat in that night's SPT Semi Final. £5.20 buy-in.

SPT Satellite. - Daily at 5.05pm, 6.05pm and 7.05pm. 1 in 10 win a seat in that night's SPT Semi Final. £2.60 buy-in.

What I'd like to know is, which blondes will/are playing this? Always a cracking event, run with the DTD Deepstack structure

Will 350 be the top number of runners then? How many were there last year BTW?

I will need to bink a big cash in a MTT soon and hopefully buy in direct like I did last year as the sats are killing me slowly (BR and confidence). Thinking of changing my name to aero boy TBH.

Do you know what is planned for the Friday night schedule ? tournament wise, not alcohol intake :)

IIRC 250 last year. We've upped it this year

Friday night will be the normal DTD Schedule which is a £50 and a £15 plus a Live sat  for the SPT if any of DTD's allocation remains

I'm in via a satellite.

Unfortunately I have quintuple booked myself that weekend. I know it says you can't sell seats, and that's fine, and I'll play. But if you do happen to have a 351st player who is desperate to play, I'd like to get rid of mine.

No, that is untrue. There WILL be alternates today.

All 350 seats have gone, so far as I know, but we are being overwhelmed with requests for seats, so the Alternate List is likely to be huge.

Seats willl be available early next week, via Online Qualification @SkyPoker.com, & direct buy-in for members of the Sky Poker Priority Club, for Leg One of the 11/12 SPT, which is a 6-Max Event at DTD in October. I believe it has been capped at about 180, so I would advise sorting out your seat for that early, if you wish to play it, because it will sell-out within a few weeks.

James Williams wins the Sky Poker Tour Grand Final

James "LJamesL" Williams of Team Sky Poker won the Sky Poker Tour Grand Final this weekend at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham, the event concluding the 2010-11 Sky Poker Tour. Williams, from Swindon, beat Birmingham's Astel Cowan to the title and over £22,000 for first place at the end of two days which saw 374 players compete for the event.

Williams had returned as one of fifty-seven players for Day Two as one of the very shortest stacks but after an early double-up he never looked back, beginning the final table second in chips behind Kristian Downer, who was to eventually finish third. The final table highlighted the enormous diversity of players in the event with two sponsored professionals, Williams and Jamie Burland, battling with the likes of Daniel Green ( in only his second ever live game )and two ladies Saifon Lambe ( a live satellite qualifier ) and Sian Yorke.

With the conclusion of the 2010-11 tour our attention now turns to the 2011-12 Sky Poker Tour, details of which has just been announced. The tour begins on 29th-30th October with a 180 runner Six-Max event at Dusk Till Dawn, the first of seven legs offering a total of £250,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
