Q4 is just asking how much of a coin can be used as legal tender. Wasn't quite sure how best to word it.

Because it's not a correct answer. Coins are only legal tender up to a certain amount. What this amount is is what the question is asking for. For pennies it's considerably less than £10m. But as I was in a nice mood I point out there are coins that can be used for any amount.

My quiz has only 1 question that can be considered difficult. It's not sharplea standard where every question is obscure stuff. 1 question. And it has obvious answers. And if you can't work out what those obvious answers are then I can't help you. The question even spells it out for you.

What I will say is from the submissions I have so far this is going to be a great reveal. I always try and set questions with farce potential in mind and I have succeeded based on what I have so far. It's a shame if we're going to let the RSQ die off again because people are getting their knickers in a twist over 1 question.

We don't have a great deal of coins available in circulation. Some of them can be used up to an unlimited amount. If you don't want to pass the question then there's your obvious answer.

I can think of five (that I think are still available).  That's probably enough possible answers for a dozen entrants though.

Well there's more than that. I have 9 on my list. Considering your questions are often "pick one of the 10 following things" 9 doesn't seem too far off. Just because you don't know all 9 isn't my problem. And given this is a quiz and it'd be pretty boring if everyone knew every answer to everything I'd say it's a good thing.

what sort of numbers did rsq get in the good old days. are sheep quizes not more popular than reverse sheep quizes. i personally thought the reverse quiz means that some people are obv using google and anal answers whereas a sheep quiz makes people think of the obv answer and therefore any reason to google

It's a good spot and a very good objection. However, i'm going to let it slide. I don't want to get too anal over the exact wordings of questions and as claw has said usually moving on means no more objections to that question and I don't want to set a precedent. Scores for Q2 coming up.

The reason I considered failing it was it's a gaming console/mobile phone hybrid. But they put a lot more work into the gaming side than a typical effort. And it had cartridges, spaces in game shops, etc. To me it just about qualifies for the question.

Direct Line is an insurance company that happens to offer Car Insurance.

It's like calling Tesco a Nappy Company.

As for the protagonists in spooks not being able to be considered bad guys, did no one watch the last series? Lucas not a bad guy? Not that it was actually his name as he'd killed the real Lucas North. Even taking Lucas aside, many consider the actions of MI5 to be 'bad', as they often act outside the law and make decisions that infringe on civil liberties. Same as Jack Bauer in 24. A lot of his techniques, such as torture are condemned by many, so although he's the hero, he could be considered a bad guy.
