if he has a Jack or a 4, two blues in his hand, a wired pair of threes or twos, A5/56 or 99/TT/QQ/KK/AA in his hand then he'll win this pot and you wont

Lol true. You don't think he bets a busted flush draw often enough to call?

don't like it one bit mate. Just check from the big at 75/150. Now you have raised you're inclined to C-bet and after youv'e double barrelled for value?? bluff?? the pot has increased that much that now you're basically guessing whether villian is compelled to bluff missed diamonds or whether he has you beat. By checking pre, you keep the pot small, can just check call one and re-access.
