You'll be fine.

I went with a few mates, 2 of which had horrendous crim records. Both where fine. Ranged from a lot of drugs, DnD and BnE, some of which where very recent.

Literally nothing to worry about! i was massively worried they were gonna get turned away at customs as they got an electronic one instantly.

I watch too much 'Nothing to Declare' if you was going to auz you would have no chance.

I got booted out by US immigration about nearly 20 years ago and didn't go back to there until about 5 or 6 years later. It hadn't even occurred to me I might not get back in until I was on the flight, and I was abs shitting myself as my missus would have been left on her own if I didn't get in.

Got through no question in the end, but it sure was a hell of a sweat.  :o

Just apply for ESTA (search previos threads on here) and unless you got more than 2 yrs for criminal damage (unlikely) you are safe as your conviction is spent anyway so you can answer all the questions truthfully.

Details of criminal damage charge please and any stories associated with it.

Don't bother if you just got caught tagging a subway or something else boring.

Just for Evillpie. Used to go to Durham for electrical trade tests every year. This my second year we stayed in Sunderland, i'd just discovered the delights of strongbow. While downtown thought it would be a good idea to throw a concrete bollard through the back window of a brand new rover. Me and a fellow apprentice from Chesterfield launched it through no problem, within 2 mins blue flashing lights all over. The rover was near enough parked outside the police station. We both legged it i got hidden under a car in a pub carpark, i heard the coppers run past the pub then some bastard told them someone had just got under a car. " minutes later i had a copper pulling on my ankles withdrawing me from the car.  Court appearance up Sunderland, bound over for 12 months, £300 fine, £400 costs and a great big pile of explaining to do both at work (ambassadors for company) and home (mummys little sweetheart)
