You get 8 million, but I bumped it up to 9.75 million by reducing the wage cap for the club. Then I got rid of Perch on loan with a view to a transfer for a few hundred k. Leandro only needs about 23k a week, more worried about him being the only Brazilian at the club and not fitting in though. Gonna try and sell a couple of peeps and get another Brazilian in if I can.

You can get more money to start with if you declare you're going for the title but it's only a couple of million so not really worth it.

Pretty com moment when I tried to get Mario Gotze, they rejected my bid of £28 million, I used the option of getting the board involved (is that new to this one) to see what happened, they agreed we should get him. A couple days later.... Man City have signed Mario Gotze for £55 million, whoops. He is pretty incred though.

Got Steam and bought it on there, £30.

So tilted, everytime I try to connect to steam it says 'steam is having trouble connecting to steam servers' this happens on both a mac and a PC fwiw. I have tried disabling firewall but doesn't seem to work, have looked at the troubleshooting tips and googled the problem but haven't been able to fix it.

Anyone else had this problem and/or been able to fix it?

Got Wednesday promoted via the playoffs and won the JPT.
Quality difference between my side and the Championship sides is huge. Had to let a load of players go for nothing as my wage budget is pretty small so can't afford to keep poor players on 2/3 k a week.
Got 4 mil to spend but it won't go far with the amount of players I need. Got Lansbury on loan though which is pretty good.

i'd sugges tturning all the 4m into wage budget and going for free's and loans whilst maintaining squad, bigggg long season in championship mate.

One of my problems is that it's been such a badly run club. There was only 1 scout when I arrived and can't scout outside the UK. When I search for players I'm looking in a tiny pool of players that are known to me. Also not really able to compete wage wise if another championship club is in for somebody.
Summer is taking ages but the squad is starting to fill out a bit. Got Pilkington and Puncheon in wide positions. Got some ex-man u and ex-chelsea youngsters on frees.

4million to spend! I have 40k on wages to spend after getting MK Dons promoted. Struggling to find someone that can score me a few goals, plenty of loan strikers that want either to much money for wages or to big a fee.

I'm so fukn shit at this game, two seasons with City and didn't win the Lge, such a joke, doesn't help that this season Man U haven't lost in the Lge in there last 26 games (there's 4 games left and I'm 5 points behind, geeg).

After reading Pleno's story I took it upon myself to do some tactic work.
Playing a pretty attacking and flowing brand of football. Expect to take some batterings this season especially if teams play counter attacking football but hoping to nick enough wins to consolidate.

After a great start to the season it has become a bit more difficult.
12 games in I've won 5 drawn 2 lost 5. Sat in 11th.
Better than I expected but last few games have been poor so I need to turn it around.
15 new signings this season and got a really young squad so they will get better but early form showed play off promise with two 4-1 wins and a 5-2. Need to make sure I don't end up slipping into a relegation battle.

poor show by me. Got tempted by a prem job and went to stoke. They weren't as good as I thought and had very little money and I was linked with the Chelsea job. I applied and was asked to leave by stoke. Didn't get the Chelsea job (they appointed the man they sacked WTF?) and ended up at Fulham. Relatively happy always liked the cottage and nearly 10mil to spend.
Then I find out the club is riddled with debt, not sure if it's the debt or fact we're 20th but nobody wants to come to me. Can only attract championship players so can't see me being here long.

The game is slightly tilting as it has little bugs on it like this, one bug it's always had is, during a match it will say "xxxxx is through on goal and must score" then nothing happens, huh ?? Also pissed me off that I got about 100 messages within a week about different people saying Messi would win player of the year, plz fk off.

I always seam to concede sneaky goals when im making changes to my team.

I actually can't remember how I fixed this, pretty sure I just uninstalled/re-installed 'x' amount of times and it magically worked. There should be some links in the steam forums that might help. Sorry I can't provide a solution.

edit: any chance you play on more than one machine and/or haven't authorised your account yet? Or have set up steam account(s) through different email accounts?

I just play on the offline mode now.
