Title: London Bookies Post by: Jamier-Host on November 11, 2011, 09:40:32 PM Hi.
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a "posh" bookies in London? As in an extra big or nicely laid out place more in the style of a decent Vegas sportsbook than a pokey depression pit? Cheers, Jamie. Title: Re: London Bookies Post by: redarmi on November 11, 2011, 10:48:16 PM There are a couple in Mayfair. The Ladbrokes on Curzon Street and Hills on Park Lane are their firms "premier" shops. Victor Chandler also had a shop in Mayfair in, I think, Deanery Street and I think that is probably still there but not 100%. Not been in the VC shop but the other two are pleasant but not amazing or anything.
