I imagine she'll be charged with a s5 public order act offence having racism as an aggravating factor. Of course they just have to say allegedly though, because the only people (thankfully) who get to decide if she's guilty is a magistrate (in this case).

I dunno, but my guess was that there's a difference between saying someone is guilty of a crime and narrating what you can see with your own eyes and hear with your own ears. 'You're not british, you're black, get back to your own country.'

I know the police take extreme exception to the use of cameras on trains/in train stations in Scotland (obv most SLR users are Al Qaeda and the State doesn't want pics of train seats getting into the wrong hands).

Bus is...private property but also a public place? The bus company probably not too happy about any filming, especially covert.

Yeah that bottom lip thing going on says "Im on crack", but her views will still be the same when she's not on it. Which is probably never.

The poor kid doesn't stand a chance at all, and doesnt even seem slightly put out by his mum engaged in full screaming match with a a train full of people. Sadly he probably sees her like this all day every day and has learnt to keep his head down.
