Title: 44 turbo
Post by: George2Loose on December 01, 2011, 12:14:00 AM
OK history. I have cold 4 bet same two opponents last round with KJ and got it through. Just 5 bet 99 BoB with villian tank folding. This spot here I'm basically calling off if villian jams but he peels with position (guess he's had enough)

So What do we do now? Is sizing pre fine?

You are engaging in meta game wars/reg battles way too early.  Look at your bust distribution OPR and compare it with everyone who crushes.

MTT Avg. Finish%
Early   7% (10%)
EM   17% (20%)
Mid.   42% (40%)
ML   22% (20%)
Late   12% (10%)

Just fold here then?

fold preflop, its a turbo so dont need to get any dynamics set up, tables break in these redic fast so really no point. 100bbs at this stage is huge, dont spunk it.
Rather just min raise a bunch n play pots with fish/wait for monsters. If you think your edge is big here then dont get into marginal spots, but i dont even think this is marginal;snap fold. Not even going to comment on (as played) just wouldnt ever wonder to this spot.

i mean its porobably a fold but not a super slam dunk, high five and wank the dealer off fold.

ok no wanking the dealer off. no high fives but pat self on the back required.

sigh as i realise ive just gotten myself in a ridic spot for no legit reason then lead half pot / give up if i meet resistance down any of the following streets.
