Title: fold flopped set?
Post by: youthnkzR on December 05, 2011, 02:07:48 AM
Blinds 3.5k / 7k (700 ante)... 8 handed table...
Villain#1 (HighJack) - playing 185k - calls 7k with ? ?
Hero (D) - playing 260k - calls 7k with  6c 6d
Villan#2 (BB) - playing 100k - checks with ? ?

Flop:  Kh 6h 4h (pot 30,100)

Villan#2 (BB) Bets: (30,100)
Villain#1 (HighJack) Bets: (178,000) - ALL IN (After a long dwell)
Hero with 6c 6d .......... Call / Fold?

(Note: Villan #2 (BB) is unknown to us - Villain #1 (HighJack) is known to us - from our 3 hours or so play with him, we've found that he's: snap shipping light but dwell shipping when he's shown down the effective nuts - has also been seen to limp small suited-connector type hands as well as big hands out of 10-20BB stacks)

What do you do here with  6c 6d ? Alot of people would snap call / ship but would you ever consider folding and is this correct when you think your behind alot of the time to Villan #1?

I Folded.

This. Also, depending how deep we are with the small blind, the hj doesn't need much less before I'm just cramming pre
