just because the judge heard in court that 'they're muslims so don't drink, init' doesn't mean that's the reason for his decision. indeed the obvious reason is the agression shown by the bloke is probably too much (imo), which the judge refers to at the bottom of the article.

Agree a lot of Daily Mail articles are effectively propaganda, but I don't think "an acceptable level of force" has been breached here.

Re the original question. I'm not a violent guy but personally when I get into a fight, I lose the plot. Chances are I would breach the acceptable level of force, and skulls would be cracked. But this guy doesn't even look like he's putting up a fight? Meh.
