I would bet 1/100 that was a girl.  Plenty of tells if you have ever been to Thailand and the main one is that if you have had you tits put in you buy them bigger than that.

As you probably know, after a while you can just spot 'em, its often really subtle stuff that you cannot teach someone.

This is obv just a pic, in real life even if they look good their mannerisms and voice are easy to spot. Ladyboys will often have the mannerisms of a gay guy, and even if their voice has the same pitch as a girl they often have a very subtle camp lilt to the voice which will only get spotted by people who have been around the block.

Many times I've had noobs say to me 'Oh they are easy to spot, they are all much taller than the girls'. ORLY? Think about that one and get back to me son  :D

Go with your very first, natural instinct I think. Pretty sure we have a subconscious 'm/f' detector in our brains. Certain discrete features in an individual's face, like nose shape, brow ridge, jawline, could be more 'feminine' in shape in some blokes than in some women, and vice versa. However when you shove it all together, the brain is still able to work it out quite well from the whole picture. You can get confused a bit sometimes, if they've had filler implants, or are good with makeup. In that case, check out the hands, hips, shoulders, Adam's apple. Failing that, do a 'Crocodile Dundee' ;)
I also think that as they get older, a lot of women's features start becoming a bit more masculine.

Fair point Woodsey, I think there are some who want to go with a straight bloke and become 'fully heterosexual woman' in their own eyes. It's just a totally accepted part of society there. Yes, there are a lot working as hookers where tourists are because of demand.
