Lescott's front arm was up but the ball hit his back arm above the elbow and that bit was by his side imo. I'm not saying it wasn't a pen, simply that I did not consider it to be a "stonewall" pen as the bit of Lescott's arm that the ball struck was not actually in an unnatural position. The foul on Silva on the other hand was unquestionably a stonewall pen.
