Where is option 4 all straight flushes are equally likely?

This isn't true at all. In theory ypu should be correct but a big enough sample size would show there is a difference in probability.

The argument being that its changed by peoples hand selection pre flop. By the way I am arguing three peoples points here!

Therefore 2-6 is least likely. More broadway cards in peoples range etc.

I see your point Chatban and at showdown you are  right. It depends on how you phrased the question though with your friend, as to whether you get paaiiiiiiiiiid. It is so ambigous on here, it could mean any manner of things.

Yeh if you mean "seen at showdown" then youre right, but the question is too ambiguous as to whether it means that.

Your low card ones weren't all to the 6 though were they (I'd guess)? I'd agree at showdown the royal is possibly the most likely SF. But any 5 random cards are as likely as any other otherwise. But I'm sure you already knew that.

You're asking a theoretical question so they are equally likely

Which one you are more likely to see at showdowns over a big sample will obv be royals but you didn't ask that

A certain poshboy won a pot off me once donking the flop with "60% of a straight flush draw", having peeled pre with the  2h 6h.  3h Jc Ad flop and he donks into me in early pos... :)
