Title: Car insurance: occupation?
Post by: zerofive on January 05, 2012, 02:21:44 PM
Hypothetically speaking: if a professional poker player were renewing their car insurance soon, what would you suggest he/she to put in the occupation field to avoid dishonesty but also avoid losing a chunk of value by snap being put in high-risk groups?

Its a bit of an iffy one -  you could go to a high street/telephone broker and say that you are normally a "xxxxxxx" but on a career break and not registered unemployed.  (There is no such thing as a professional gambler in the uk.)
