you have £400 in front of you you are in mid position, two limpers before you for £2 you look down at 5c 5d you put in a small raise to £7 to build the pot should you hit your set the button, a loose aggressive talkative (over talkative) player with a pretty wife calls, three of you see a flop £24 in the pot flop 5h 4d Tc Aaayyyyaaarrr You bet £15 into the pot Button calls, fishily, he's not talking, something's up Two of you see the turn Ac £54 in the pot You put in a crafty check hoping he has an ace The by now silent fish looks at you and looks puzzled He bets £45 Knowing you must be ahead and delighted that your check has induced a bet you re-raise the pot. He then sets you in. £800 Pot roughly. (At this point I am moderating my own post so as not to offend blonde's rules on posting bad beats) Still, at least this fish with the beautiful wife and the talkative manner is not a blondite so I won't have to run into him again......
