Title: line check
Post by: Ironside on January 14, 2012, 05:30:52 AM
early stages of a 45 man turbo

after i get 3 bet and 2 cold calls i think i can raise enough to enduce a shove but no one is deep enough to call my 4 bet
i was surprised to get 3 calls is my thinking flawed should i have been shoving and cutting out the action there and then
or am i losing equity by forcing hands like TT and AQ that might 5 bet shove on me out

and wtf am i just on a table of players that are in after a few bevvys wanting to play some mirco SNGs cause surely no one can call my 4 bet can they?

As its a turbo I would probably be tempted to shove, even if no one calls you you still increase your stack by around 30% and people may get silly and call with something non premium as they may decide that you are just trying to buy the pot, saying this in your position I would have probably not thought of this at the time and just four bet like you did.

I like a jam tbh, if they want to call fuck em. You have the nut no pair man. Plus if they fold its a win equity wise.

Is a fold totally out of the question in a sng?

I would rather call the 75 than fold, even oop,

Seems like far too good a spot to get it in.

Would also just 4bet jam.
