Title: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: PutYouOnAK/AQ on March 11, 2012, 04:28:18 PM 2 Spots I had that I was hoping to get some peoples opinions on, I won't bother posting the outcomes of either because the results often change peoples opinions.
Hand 1 16 Players left, both tables full of very aggro and very good winning players. Blinds are 5-10k, Average is 350k and we are chip leader with a million. The table is tough, nearly every open has been 3bet and every button has been opened. 4bets are folded to but hasn't been too many of them. Hero is in the BB with QJos. Action folds to the button who is playing 200k, he mins to 20k, SB folds. Hero? Guy has raised every button and lost a chunk too us earlier where we 5bet shoved on him but did not slow down at all. Hand 2 11 Players left on same table, 2 hands ago, 3bet folded to a 4bet. Hero is now playing 550k and blinds are 10-20k. Folds to Hero on the button with A3 os. Hero raises to 40k, sb raises to 89k just having us covered. Action back on us, Hero? Title: Re: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: WPIL on March 11, 2012, 04:35:43 PM Live/Online

Title: Re: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: mondatoo on March 11, 2012, 09:34:08 PM I'd jam the 1st hand vs this villain, fold 2nd.
Title: Re: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: BulldozerD on March 11, 2012, 09:41:19 PM I'd jam the 1st hand vs this villain, fold 2nd. yeah this Title: Re: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: DMorgan on March 11, 2012, 11:57:28 PM Fold first one, doubt he has much of a raise/folding range here vs really aggro blinds
I'd fold second one too Title: Re: Final 2 Tables in Tough MTT Post by: PutYouOnAK/AQ on March 12, 2012, 01:10:55 AM Thanks Dan, Ul today.
A few of them on the table actually seemed to raise fold out of 20 bigs which made it slightly more complex. I dont like to raise fold out of 20 bigs personally but some situations kind of allow it. Tbh the second hand I didn't really like it but it was very tough to find a good spot because everyone was so good. Has villain been opening every button even with a 15-25bb stack? Sample? Any other stats/HUD running? Seems like a shove if he has been opening every button over a decent sample and has folded to 3-bets/jams previously out of a similar stack. JQ plays fine against his range here, he can call off with worse, we have blockers to huge hands... pretty happy shoving unless you don't think he has a raise-folding range here. 2nd hand is not close.
