Title: EPT Campione thread Post by: TightEnd on March 24, 2012, 10:17:29 AM The European Poker Tour will visit Campione for the first time ever in Season 8, where the Casino di Campione will host the event. Campione, or Campione d'Italia as it is more widely known, is a small Italian municipality located within Switzerland, 1km from the Italian border. It sits on the edge of Lake Lugano, and has spectacular scenery as well as modern amenities.
(http://www.escapeartist.com/campione/Campione_dItalia.gif) It’s also a poker hotspot. Campione has hosted many big tournaments previously, including the stops on the hugely successful Italian Poker Tour, which is now in its third season. The first visit of European Poker Tour takes place March 26-31, 2012 The €5,000 + €300 main event begins on Monday I know cambridgealex is going across to play, and good luck to him. If I hear of any other blondes playing, or you do, post.... This thread for news, updates etc through next week Title: Re: EPT Campione thread Post by: smashedagain on March 25, 2012, 11:25:29 PM Looks like Alex is gonna be the main sweat. Gl him
