Due to fly to Vegas with the family this morning.

Logged on to check-in online this morning and site said to check-in at airport.

So travel to Gatwick to get told once there that the flight has been delayed 24 hours as the pilot is ill....like WTF??????

Ask them at the desk why they didn't just post online that the flight delayed and they claim they couldn't!!!

Load of bollocks being spoken by them, expect the pilot was pissed, but even then surely they must have other pilots available!!!

The Gatwick Flight Departures site just says "delayed". Slight understatement, that.....

Update:

Virgin agreed to change my return flight so still get 7 days away.
The fuck up to this is that I got £40 refunded for not using the hotel tonight, but have had to pay £132 for 2 rooms at the excalibur for a Tuesday night, fkn ridic.

Will be sending the bill to Virgin
