Title: Staking Request - Touchy Subject Post by: SuuPRlim on April 14, 2012, 09:19:37 AM Hey Guys,
I know there has been some controversy over the 70/30 with stakeback idea which is why i'm slightly hesitant to ask but I really want to play this tournament but times are tough and it's just outside the BR right now what with me being a spazz and cannoning my money off on the internet every day. So I'm looking for 79/21 in backer favor after stakeback. The tournament is the $1,000,000 buy-in one drop at this years WSOP, I think that this will be good value because you start with 3,000,000 in chips and it's fun to push chips around in the millions - if they use plaques I'll really fancy myself as I've always done really good when I've played with plaques. Field should be soft, with players like Tom Dwan and Sam Trickett If I can steer clear of some of the sharks like Johnny Chan, hopefully I won't get fooled by him checking the nuts to me three times, if he still has the courage. Payment by bank Xfer preferred but stars or cash in Vegas is also good. Here's my hendon mob, as you can see I'm on terrific form right now, really feel like my game is reaching it's peak. http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=142463 My form in online MTT's has also been red hot, only the other day I cashed for $400~ in the ipoker 50rebuy. Flame Away. Title: Re: Staking Request - Touchy Subject Post by: pokerfan on April 14, 2012, 09:22:53 AM Wouldn't it be simpler to apply the markup up front ? ::)

First one was a dealer on hearing I'm from scunny and saying it's near Hull asked me if I was the Devilfish. I joked yes then he asked me how many miles to the gallon the hummer did. Lol the only person in poker who has no clue who the devilfish is.
The second one was are you Jason Herbert from lildave's blog. I say yeah but that ain't really my only claim to fame. They said are you his backer who puts him into the biggest gamed in Vegas? I said not the biggest ones I only let him sit down with upto a million. Those two left happy too ;) Title: Re: Staking Request - Touchy Subject Post by: h on April 15, 2012, 11:27:17 PM however feeling flush as just won a massive tourney on sky beating 46 other playes for £59 stick me down for one dollar booked. apparently it's held on a tuesday which is the softest day to play a $1m tourney.
