Title: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Phil on January 12, 2006, 10:56:32 AM Anyone got theirs from any of the blonde tournys over Christamas? I think i'm due two for a bounty and a 3rd place finish, but not heard anything from anyone yet.
Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: tikay on January 12, 2006, 11:09:54 AM Sorry about that Phil - we will chase them up. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Karabiner on January 12, 2006, 11:28:34 AM Cashing out there is a pain too.
They email you you to say that your cash has gone to ecash(their banker) and say that they will email again when it's been sent to Neteller(still waiting after 48 hours) Other Crypto sites take an hour or two ! Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: matt674 on January 12, 2006, 11:40:10 AM Other Crypto sites take an hour or two ! Really - then how come i'm still waiting to receive money that i cashed out on december 25th!!! Made a deposit of £600 onto Willhill's sit so i could rail Colchester Kev as he played a final table of a £2 mtt on xmas day then after the tourney had finished i withdrew the money straight back out because i never play on the site apart from the odd blonde tourney. They told me that i couldn't withdraw the money back to my card as mastercard credit cards do not allow it and the only way to do it would be by cheque. 14 days later still no sign of the cheque, i ring their customer service number and they tell me that they had sent me two emails regarding forwarding my details to them for verification - i received neither. They then said that they couldnt release my cheque until i sent them a copy of my passport/driving license along with a copy of the credit card used to make the deposit and the most recent credit card statement showing my home address. I went bananas with them saying that they couldnt care less who i was when i made the deposit and never asked for any ID checks before hand but now i come to take money back off them its a different story. I asked if they were going to pay me interest on my money in the time period that they were "holding it on my behalf" but that fell on deaf ears. I sent them the details but still no sign of the cheque.... Needless to say that is the last time i'm going to be using that account with my credit card!! Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Karabiner on January 12, 2006, 11:42:24 AM I was referring to Neteller transactions Matt
Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Phil on January 12, 2006, 12:04:32 PM I wthdrew my money that I won in the blonde tourny about 10 days ago and it went through yesterday. Pretty slow, but it does get there!
Thanks tikay... username was 'mrcoffee' in that tourny if you need it. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Bongo on January 12, 2006, 12:18:22 PM Are ecash the people Billy Hill used to use? They were always slow back then - it's far better now they don't use them.
Morning has broken Mr. Coffee has spoken The familiar wake-up call Sings to my ears I wake up with a shrug To the floor with a thud Where in this hellhole is my coffee mug? Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Royal Flush on January 12, 2006, 01:32:08 PM Back when i started online hills was my first site and ecash was the banking system, it was useless and it kept messing up by locking my accts, no problem hills used to create me a new one and give me the cash. Then 1 time it happened again and they said there was no record of it blah blah blah. I never use a site with e-cash now.
Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Eazyrider on January 12, 2006, 01:57:42 PM That's just reminded me. I haven't had any champers myself for knocking out
Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: NoflopsHomer on January 12, 2006, 02:05:14 PM I'd just like to add I'm still waiting for my cash and champagne too. Apparently Ecash wouldn't let me withdraw all the money back onto a card so they've sent me a cheque on Jan 4th and it still hasn't arrived. As for the champagne, I emailed both the player support and the manager at littlewoods week or so ago and still haven't had a response from either. :(
Not impressed. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: ericstoner on January 12, 2006, 02:14:15 PM I too hav'nt received my champers for my win on the plo blonde tourny.
but i've kept the money in the acct, cos i quite like playing there, ;tk; I use the name Twignbud on there. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: tikay on January 12, 2006, 02:15:21 PM This is NOT good guys, & I apologize.
We are on the case now, & will get back to you as soon as we can, hopefully tomorrow. Needless to say that is the last time i'm going to be using that account with my credit card!! matt, my wife has an account on will hill and she deposits using a matercard and hasnt had any bother cashing out ( not that i am aware anyway) admittedly its not 600 quid shes cashing out its only 20s and 30s but i wouldnt htought the amount would make a difference Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: NoflopsHomer on January 12, 2006, 02:43:24 PM Will Hill don't use Ecash.

It makes me laugh when they say about the account suspension after the first deposit!! funny, never been suspended once making a deposit, just when i try to withdraw!! Its great that they host blonde tourneys and give us free money and other goodies, but if the cashier service is poor or they don't do as they have promised then they are just wasting their money. We'll just go back to the sites we know offer a good all round service and product.
Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: NoflopsHomer on January 12, 2006, 03:01:29 PM Well, glad they don't now. I'm with you Flushy, I avoid Ecash wherever I can. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: tikay on January 12, 2006, 06:49:11 PM i will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible Iron, in his role as blonde Tourney Manager, has e-mailed "our man" at Littlewods. I would expect a reply by tomorrow. Until we do, I suggest we don't pre-judge the issue. But I repeat my earlier apology - you should have had this sorted before now. Title: Re: Littlewoods Champers Post by: Phil on January 12, 2006, 08:35:40 PM Sorry guys, didn't mean to create a big issue! Was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem. No big rush my end though.
