Title: Re: yuck Post by: AceWise on May 28, 2012, 05:23:47 PM Right, just to let you know I'm not a deep thinker like muckthenuts If your going to play J-10 here then I would prefer a raise to 180 to isolate the limper in postion. However I would just fold pre-flop with no antes. As played, I would also probably commit flop, I think villians range in the SB can contains smaller 2 pairs and maybe a set of 7's. 8-9 is also probable. Check raising just top pair is a little wierd but could still be a part of his range as could K-Q Turn card is pretty awful as Q-J now beats you. He bets 3/4 pot on turn so it looks like he's protecting a big hand or is continuing a semi bluff (K-Q), folding here isnt the worst play as we only beat semi bluffs, smaller 2 pairs and a wierdly played A-J. River shove, we don't beat anything at all other than a smaller 2 pair turned into a bluff (unlikely). K-Q got there also. Its a 100% fold on river. In conclusion just fold pre or 3x isolate, giving u easier decisions on the streets. |
