Why didn't you reraise the turn?

Why didn't you reraise the turn?

i was only left with a shove on turn thought if i called i could get called by Ax on river for a bet of 800/1000 which i fold out on turn

I'm really not fistpumping here since we look kinda beat lol but i actually like your line if you call now.

Edit: Raise more on flop though

has my line to this point been ok?

With the ace on flop and compounded by jack on river meant I didn't consider the fold as AJ made up a huge part of his range along with his 77

He should never have AJ, maybe he has A7 or A3 tbf. What's buyin?

When you flop a set early like this the ace on board is what will kill your action.

Given it quite clearly hasn't in this instance I'm more than happy getting it in on the turn here

Edit - there is of course an arguement for keeping in his bluffs - so I might change the above dependant upon buy in and villain - above advice is fine for low buy in MTTs

It was sub $11 buy in not sure why the history isn't showing it

Definitely makes it more of a call.

Flop and turn sizing is too small
