Anyway, she said it was her fault she edged out of a junction and a car hit the front of hers,, Anyway, she was upset, swapped details etc and thats that, i drove the car back home. I have rang the insurance etc but do you have to report it to police? Any advice much appreciated. No need to phone the police . I was driving Renault senic and was driving about 5 mph when transit van slammed on due to ambulance approaching . Only damage was my number plate no damage to his lwb transit . 1 month later bill for 3500 damage plus whiplash plus sick pay . I took pictures and refused claim and I managed to win after 1 year of hassel . My advice is take pictures if you have bump hope she's ok
