Pretty much, sometimes they show up with queens, but not too often.

9bbs to 21.5bbs at 10NL? Dont really know what your trying to achieve here.
Range is obvs, rarely light at 10NL and this is even after your mini raise frm UTG+1

Starting to feel like a massive n00b 'cause I don't normally grind these stakes obv, just toying with some ideas and theories.

Surely 3x with antes is standard?

What size are you making your 4bet? I assumed most villains would play predictably with a pretty standard range. Maybe starting to change my mind a little, but I'm sure they're 3bet-calling with like 99-QQ/AK/AQs, and 5bettting with KK+.

w/antes, I think 4x/3.5x is better/standard.

what you 3bet to really depends on what you have, what your plan is and what you are trying to achieve. my standard value 3bet here would be to 2.45

and yeah, against standard villains at this limit, kk+ nearly always

At full ring my 4 bet range readless in this spot would be AA and bluffs. Most regs at the stakes i play will 3bet a polarised range and are v nitty getting it in pf. Obv if u have specific dynamics with villain then u can do it wider for value, but i doubt at 10nl many are capable of this.

Also move up to where they respect your raises!
