Title: Truth About Food.
Post by: El Sid on July 08, 2012, 01:49:38 PM
There's little doubt that a poker player's lifestyle leads to a lot of sleep deprivation; there is no substitute for a good night's sleep and one of the few ways to try and counterbalance the situation is by eating an exceptional diet.   I take the liberty of leaving you a link to my book www.truthaboutfood.co.uk
If we all make small changes, we might help to save the planet.

Does your diet include spam?
Only initially, you cut down gradually, and barely know it's happening. Spam fritters become a distant memory. www.truthaboutfood.co.uk

If you repeat the words often enough will we all find ourselves irresistibly drawn towards the Amazon checkout?

“One comes to believe whatever one repeats to oneself sufficiently often, whether the statement be true of false. It comes to be dominating thought in one's mind.” Robert Collier
At the risk of repeating myself, www.truthaboutfood.co.uk
comes with a money back guarantee, if you don't experience less outdraws over the next three months, and of course an increase in libido.

As long as you get there and do yourself a power of good, I don't mind if you use the missing link, and we all know there's a few of them using this site. Funny the things you do to fill in the time when rain stops play.

is there anyway to follow the advice without getting the increase in libido?  I can barely afford my battery bills as it is.

If you have any to spare, I'll take it off your hands.

Sorry! the increase in libido is part of the package, you could well say that it's good for your package. It also increases the fulorum but that's another story. Won't repeat the link this time, looks crass and commercial.
Will repeat an Amazon review though, anything to make the population more healthy and bring down the NHS budget.
5.0 out of 5 stars the book is Amazing
I bought this book in a little bookshop in Clapham, and it literaly changed my life. it is around 100 pages and straight to the point. it changed the way in which i thought about eating. once read, you can ignore it and go back to your old ways of eating, i tried but i couldn't. it is basically common sense. i would recommend this book to anybody.

I am very disappointed that Claire felt the need to devalue what was a very interesting and illuminating thread with her filth.

To Improve your diet I would need to know exactly what you are eating. Is it that you don't read books generally, if this is not the case, I can recommend a very good book by another author: Raw Energy, by Leslie Kenton. You can probably pick it up second hand on Amazon for a couple of quid.
