Last train out of Kings X 01:36. You should be planning to be there beyond this hour imo. First one back about half five. Get that one imo. Only problem is a normal return ticket doesn't cover it. Meh, driving ftw.

Train companies are bastards.

If you get the 01.36 it counts as the day before.

Yet I bought a ticket online at 00:10 the other day, and clicked on "tomorrow" rather than "today" for the date of travel (the train was at 16:00) and obviously I couldn't get on the train I wanted unless I paid a £50 surcharge.

Double standards ftw.

correct, in the vic on sunday.

Valet parking is free, never play their tournaments! they are shocking, poor value, pooly run and the chips actually have caramelised cancer encrusted on them.

Cash action however is amazing and the card room managers are great, dealers solid and valets pleasant... you can even negotiate the massuers down from £1/min if you are cheeky and they're not busy.

luckiest I've ever gotten with this was @ Palm beach for GPS leg 2 this year.. I asked for 15minutes and didn't bother negotiating.. I was so distracted with chatting to her and playing and she didn't stop that after a whole level she said she didn't know how long we'd had and I think I  lucked out about 45minutes, but I genuinely didn't know either... I'd had a great level and gone from 50k (just over average) to 180k and Chip Leader in the whole tournament. :D :D

took care of her with a tip n another one later though.
