Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: pleno1 on July 12, 2012, 01:46:10 AM Check call. He isn't calling worse here on the bubble.
Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: the rage on July 12, 2012, 08:24:18 AM I think that with your stack size, and at this point in the tournament, you dont really want to be playing any hands that you are not prepared to go all the way with pre-flop. I think that you should just FOLD pre flop.
As played, i would go for a check-raise all-in on the flop. Having said that, one of my biggest problems / leaks seems to be over playing flush draws, so i would be interested to hear what others think of my suggestion. I do think that the flop is good enogh to be wanting to get them all in with, and, even though you are on the bubble, you really want to be shooting for where the big money is, ie-top 5 at least. Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: Ironside on July 12, 2012, 10:24:53 AM i bricked he woke up with bottom set once past the bubble 2 more hands there would of been plenty of easier spots should of just folded pre IMHO
Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: jackinbeat on July 12, 2012, 01:15:11 PM Why play this hand/ Just fold pre, imho.
Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: pleno1 on July 12, 2012, 01:19:03 PM raise pre is fine.
Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: jackinbeat on July 12, 2012, 01:22:14 PM raise pre is fine. Isn't it a case we have nothing to gain (we're 5 off a ticket), and everything to lose by playing this hand UTG+1? Title: Re: another bubble hand Post by: pleno1 on July 12, 2012, 04:03:05 PM if its a satalite then fold obv, but we play to win baby
