To determine the overall champion of this promotion, the Top 2 players from each discipline will battle it out in a prestigious €25,000 Single Table Sit 'n Go to be held on the 9th September 2012 at 7pm (UK Time) - with a massive €20,000 for the winner! Furthermore, the Top 10 players of each division will also receive €100. Strange as it may seem, technically they cannot use "Olympics" in the title, all sorts of commercial complications ensue if they do, unless of course they have permission. A sexy title always helps, but if the promotion is good enough, it stands on it's own feet. I actually proposed a similar idea at work where I suggested we did a kind of Olympic style promotion and call it the poker Olympics good job it was politely declined otherwise could have been trouble!
