My sons brand new I pod touch is blocked he typed his name as the password some upper some lower case letters .....he can't remember which!! What do I/ can I do?? Many thanks in advance Red I've tried to switch it on and off that don't work!! I couldn't find any way round it if you can't remember the code. ipod is disabled connect to i tunes i tunes says i tunes could not connect to the ipod lewis williamson because it is locked with a passcode you must enter your passcode on the ipod bfore it can be used with i tunes ???
