See a chiropractor, fixing bad backs is what they do.

Refer from doctor ala NHS or do you have go private?

If its a pre-existing condition then you can get a cash plan with bupa where they pay 50% of the costs.

if not then get bupa and enjoy the chiropractor. :D

I pay myself and it is about £30/treatment.

The chiropractor that I have used usually wants you to go for a full course of treatments that is usually about 10- 12 treatments. Not been for a while but worth every penny imo

NHS still deems chiropractic treatment as 'alternative medicine.' - so no freebies there.

Whilst some think it is a trip to the 'bone straightener" the treatments I have had have all been very gentle (apart from once :(  ) forms of manipulation.  The last few seasons of cricket pretty much had me going to a chiropractor regularly and it never took him more than 2-3 sessions to get me right.

Money very well spent.

Chiropractor defo ftw. Get ready for some cracky action. Just go a couple of times imo and then leave it to settle down, although they'll obv try to keep getting you booked in for more.

To be honest Lee you'd be better off travelling a bit and going by recommendation. I've been to quite a few different physios / chiropractors and their standards do vary greatly.

The guy I use is definitely very good. Also if there's nothing he can do to help he'll tell you rather than keep you coming just to get more money out of you.
