Would like to know if this is ok or spewy? Villain has 3bet me every time I have opened in the last ~20 hands (3 times I think, maybe 4), which were all in late-ish position, including 3 barreling me when I peeled where I ended up folding the river after a four flush hit the river following a monotone flop. We have villain marked as a fish from a different hand we played with him that I don't recall as it was in an earlier tournament. His stats at the time were 27/27 but only a sample of 26 hands, he had 3b 4 out of 12 opportunities. I 4bet intending to call a 5-bet shove, but I guess peeling the 3b is a very reasonable alternative. Think you have to 4 bet and once you do that have to fold. Good luck in your future game with him on your left if you 4 bet fold here after raise folding 3 times already.

There's a chance you might induce more jams from hands we dominate (complete bluffs) and the times when he calls the pot will be so big it won't really matter and will be easy to play anyway.
It's worth noting though that I think people call far more from the BB than 3 bet. A lot of people call hands that they would ordinarily 3 bet with (due to the better price) and don't compensate for this by 3 betting other bluffs and instead just 3 betting wider for value because of the assumed BvB dynamic. So I wouldn't be surprised if his get in range here is AT+ 66+ or even stronger.
