Hero?

I can check back flop for sure, but I have the best hand a tonne, and don't wanna give away cheap cards to draws/lose value from a queen (this is .fr after all!)
Also think I can make it 2.2x rather than min to help leverage.

Thoughts and views please.

Donk at the end looks super strong, split pot at best, seems pretty tough to call, at the time i probably say fuck it and call, probably need more info on him.

does feel awfullly like you're going to be shown QJ here, nothing else really makes sense lol

but then again....

I guess it looks very much like your hand is K* more than a hand that can make a full house on the river so a savvy villain might be taking K* and trying to make you fold a K also? Not sure we can give someone we dont know credit for that + we do have half of the decks available kings and nothing blocking a FH so it's not looking too great really :P

Getting 2:1 and he is french. Its not a spot I'm a fan of, and really not sure if calling is correct, but i think he gets most 2pairs etc in on the flop. I just don't see how we can fold even though i really really dont like calling.

Folding verses French poodle.

Fold. He might not really be French.

Folding

I used to always call in spots like this. You get shown boats a lot.

Thanks for all the replies.

I did indeed fold, think Dan you've pretty much said what I was thinking at the time.  Can see some passively two pair just getting there, and as lildave said, we block no fh combos, and with two king's he's less likely to be turning a straight into a bluff.

Cheers all :)

not sure about this being a fold tbh, we only have 24bb to start the hand, im sure he will be trying to get all non qj/qt boats and quads in pre, qj will more than likely get it in otf not wanting to lose value and that leaves qt as the only hand that beats us... +this is .fr + there is a missed fd and its not like he is overbetting the pot....
