You cant deposit money and snap send it to another person, stars block it and basically say "we dont want to be used as a money xfering service" etc. Also the also dont allow people to witdraw money they have just rcvd via stars xfer, it has to be played through completely first. I'm still surprised that it's even allowed, given the sums that can be sent, and the hassle you can have in a bank doing absolutely anything nowadays.
