Played a bit with villain in 180s, playing 17 15 over 194 hands, have him noted purple which = decent profit at sngs over 1k+ games but not a reg in my games. Shared a table <10 hands and haven't clashed. I think upto the river is fine ? Thoughts on river ? b/f, c/f, jam ? Title: Re: Deep in 27 ko... Post by: skolsuper on September 16, 2012, 01:50:29 AM I probs don't barrel turn. Jam river as played.
Title: Re: Deep in 27 ko... Post by: skolsuper on September 16, 2012, 02:02:32 AM actually jam is way too big, b/f
Title: Re: Deep in 27 ko... Post by: MC on September 16, 2012, 12:47:59 PM Yeah I think I just give up on the turn tbh, his expected peeling PF/peeling flop range crushes this board by the turn.
Bet/fold river looks good. We're never getting bluffed in this spot. We might value own ourselves sometimes, but def preferable to check/calling and we did just get there. Then again check/fold is an option. What can call a value bet we beat. KQ? KTs? QQ I guess. Checking does really cap our range though if you expect him to bluff/turn hands into bluffs on the river. Title: Re: Deep in 27 ko... Post by: pleno1 on September 16, 2012, 01:22:49 PM I'd go ahead and c/f river and feel pretty happy about it.
Title: Re: Deep in 27 ko... Post by: mondatoo on September 16, 2012, 01:34:01 PM Yeah, I spewed, agree we should just give up turn, think we should bet/fold small on the river. As I posted in my diary I thought I played it terrible but then spoke to someone on Skype who thought it was ok, I disagreed so made this thread.
For those of the results orientated persuasion, I jammed like a clown and he had KK. |
