Having just been seated at the feature table could be any given event. Still not settled
and aware that our actions/play will be analyzed.

Lets say in this instance we have above average stack and open a hand like  Ac Jh/ Kd Qh from
ep and get 3bet by the button whom has a similar stack.

I would be interested to know how people would approach this mentally given the fact
that in maybe a few hands time we will be thinking clearly and not flustered or concerned by
how our play will be judged. 

Step 1. Dont care what people think
Step 2. Play your hand optimally
Step 3. Worried people are thinking you played it bad? go back to step 1

Ok fair point, saying here though that we are maybe flustered and not yet settled in
which we are certain we will be shortly, but at this exact point we dont have a clear
relaxed mind.

If you arent feeling confident/settled then just folding to the 3bet is going to be the easiest and cheapest option.

TBH it would be my default to fold as standard anyway.

But what im getting at, if your in a situation you are not super confident in, just fold and collect your thoughts. Better to make a small mistake and someone say 'lol nit folded AQ vs a 3bet' then a potentially very big one and join them on the rail

bit more info on how deep...etc if you want people to look at those kinds of hands specifically but yes, deffinatly agree with below (however im more then likely not folding AQ to a 3 bet vs most ;))
