6 places paid i am 7/9 blinds 150/300 3350 chips bb has 800 after putting in bb the chipleader has just called an all in with 78 v aq and got there, he has 13,500 i am utg blinds near to going up have kj parsley i shoved and got called by chipleader with a2 diamonds which held is that a standard shove or not? thanks.....Adrian Title: Re: KJ shove is this ok? kjs is about 63% vs the anytwo of the BB so when the bb calls we get 1480 out and put 1100 in. If we get called by anyone else with our hand we are prob about 2-1 vs their range in a larger pot and also now dogs in the 3 way pot. Obv it depends how often you get called by a bigger stack but doubt that this gets through enough. Title: Re: KJ shove is this ok? If we are 9/9 we can ship a little wider (depending on how other stacks are set up)
you have around 10.5bb UTG, going through the blinds hurts your fold equity (assuming you don't get walks). It's certainly a +cEV shove but $ev might be a fold given we are at a FT My standard would be to fold the bottom of a chip ev range here, KQ I am deffo jamming so this is close |
