UKIPT Bristol

Season 3 of the PokerStars UK & Ireland Poker Tour will visit Bristol, in what is sure to be a fantastic addition to the UKIPT schedule.

UKIPT Bristol will take place at Gala Casino, Bristol, November 8-12, 2012 with the Main Event featuring a £700 + £70 buy-in and guaranteed prize pool of £250,000.

http://www.ukipt.com/tournaments/bristol/

Bristol UKIPT is on my doorstep and I look forwards to playing the whole festival this year. I have included all side events including the small ones in this package to give backers even better value! I have an ok strike rate in these, playing 1 and coming 4th (UKIPT S1 Coventry). Please don't take notice that Joe Grech outlasted me, this is a poker tournament and sometimes a lot of luck is involved.

Here is my schedule:

1535 * 1.303 = £2000

November 7th - Wednesday

18:00 Event #2 NL Holdem 6 handed £100+£10

November 8th - Thursday

12:00 Event #4 Main event Day 1A £700+£70

November 9th - Friday

21:30 Event #8 NL Holdem Turbo bounty (£100+£50+£10)

November 10th - Saturday

12:00 Event #4 Main event

20:00 Event #11 NL Holdem £300+£30

November 11th - Sunday

12:00 Event #4 Main event

14:00 Event #11 NL Holdem

17:00 NL- Holdem Turbo Deepstack £150+£15

Obviously if I get deep in any of the events they will overlap with others so there is no guarantee that I will play everything. Sometimes as you know you can get burnt out especially when busting the main so if I feel this way I will not enter the tournament and you will receive a refund.

Total buyins: £1535

Markup: 1.303

New total: £2000

Selling: Up to 50%

Method of payment: Bank transfer only. If you have my details already go ahead and send it otherwise drop me a PM and I'll get back to you.

Can't believe there is no interest in this? Trigg, if nobody takes you up on this offer closer to the date I might flick you 10%.

Making £15 on 10% is all well and good, but how will an investor feel if you cop the lot?

Dunno where I got that figure from, but it isn't the £3000 you're going to win, is it?

An investor should be happy, a gambler would be distraught.

Dan made it through with 63k, if backers do not know. I think it's double average for 1A.

Well done to him and GL on Day two.

Hi all,

Sorry for lack of communication but I chilled out at the bar once I busted the 6max event and followed by an early-ish start.

In the 6max I lost half my stack early on when I iso'd with Aces, original limper had KJcc and flop came AQT two clubs. Luckily he only flatted my CB (???) and a J came on the turn so I didn't get stacked.

As for the main I've got off to a good start, double average on day 1. I doubled in the first level when I peeled a 150 raise on the button with 97dd and the flop came Q56 two diamonds. I peeled again on the flop and on the 8x turn it all went in him showing a set of queens. Bashed up a later table and I'm on 63k.

The main event was very steady going on day 2, it was a really loose and aggro table and I couldn't work out if they were any good so just sat back a bit. It turned out that after 4 or so hours they were all terrible!

I don't really know exactly how but I ended with just 15 bigs a few from the money which was about half average and it folded to me in the small and had A7o. BB had AK and he held.

The £330 event was starting 90 minutes later, I was a little fuming from bubbling and I knew this would go on until 5am so since I started at midday I figured I'd be wayyyy too tired to play. You will receive a refund for this part of the stake.

The final event included in the BAP was the £165 turbo. It only got 69 runners but I figured I may as well go down and play it. I ended up shipping it for £3515 so well done everyone, I'll work out what I owe everyone tomorrow since I need to deduct the £330 sidey.

Had a super busy day. Will put the money in the bank tomorrow and send you some monies.

If you could all send me your bank details that would be appreciated.

I didn't play the £330 event

£330 x 1.303 = £430

Cashed for £3515 in turbo

3515 + 430 = £3945

10%'ers get £394.50
5%'ers get £197.25

All monies sent, I hope I've got it correct. If I've sent you too much then let me know (million) and if I've sent you not enough I expect an angry phone call shortly.

I will set up more baps in the future for live events as they are funnnnnnnnnnnn.
