When we 3bt we let him off the hook with his BS Ax hands, when he 4bts we're guessing over a tiny sample in a tournament where we aren't trying to win. Satellites are all about surviving, don't try and win them. I'd be flatting pre, flatting flop and probably turn (but its probably bad) and folding river if he gets the 3rd barell out.
