Title: Sky+ Poker recording issue Post by: Junior Senior on November 02, 2012, 02:14:17 PM I have been trying to record premier league poker and big game on sky, it shows on planner and is on series link but when i go to watch it the day after it never recorded. Does anyone else have this issue? Or any suggestions?

The wife went online and looked at how to reboot the sky and did that, aswell as switching the plug off for 30 minutes beforehand...it's been ok since. Title: Re: Sky+ Poker recording issue Post by: Tractor on November 02, 2012, 08:28:53 PM Pull the mains out of the back of the box.
Hold down the Back Up button on the actual sky box and keep it held down. Whilst still holding down the button put the mains back on, keep holding down the backup button then after about ten seconds all the lights on the box will light up and it will reinstall the software which may well fix this issue. It takes upto ten minutes to complete. |
