He just looks like a bit of a bumbling fool.

Saw that interview where he got asked a few tricky questions and said "Is the interview finished now?" or something like that.

Looked a bit pathetic to me.

Who next though?

Scotland's biggest problem is we think we are better than we are, we have a bunch of mediocre players who are not as technically gifted as the teams we play against, most other nations who we used to beat easily have improved and we have not!

The only good thing about appointing Strachan is that we aint in no league so will never get us relegated,  take us forward? He may possibly improve our results in the short term but Levein has been doing far more than managing the senior squad and it will be a few years down the line before we see the results from the changes he made at youth level.

I feel for Levein but at the end of the day his results were not good enough...

Not just his results, his tactical decisions were laughable.

Do Scotland really think they are better than they are?

I'd say you have more chance of managing Scotland, with me up front than those two getting it.

Levein had  the best squad of players available for the last  15 years or so he just couldn't get the best out of them. He never recovered from the farcical line up away to the Czech Rep and the last minute winner to beat Lichtenstein was also embarrassing. Walking away from an interview with David Tanner is just laughable  he's hardly Paxman.

It's Strachans job if he wants it, he has EPL experience, 3 titles with Celtic and progressed to the last 16 of the CL twice my guess is he would do a far better job than Levein.
