I dont have the HH, but know it pretty well.

UKIPT £81 end stage sat. Hyper Turbo with 20k stacks. 1st is a £1700 package to UKIPT Edinburgh, 2-7 is £200, 8th is £175. There are about 30 left.

Hero and Villain are both playing 20k. Hero has played 1 hand, where we raise the button and cbet Q83 after BB peels and we get it through. Keep in mind for the hand, Villain is a decent winner at good levels, Hero is a loser at $5 ABI on Sharkscope.

We open  Jh Js to 300 UTG at 75/150 (yes should open 3x).
Villain 3b's to 1150
Folds back to Hero?

Seems very icky. We have been very tight, but also we are perceived as exploitable and fishy (sattied into this from a lower level). All options dont feel great. Hes decent so gonna put us in some horrid spots post, and hes also 4x'd which feels like hes just trying to get more money in OOP.

Thoughts?

Don't fold. Call is fine, 4bet/fold if you're really disinclined to play postflop.

4b/fold would be bad yeah

I meant it from the loser at $5 ABI perspective. Makes the hand super easy for hero who is finding this spot 'super icky' despite him changing the title after i posted!! But yeah it would obv be the inferior option with JJ as we might as well have ATC.
