Title: Stars poker app Post by: RED-DOG on December 23, 2012, 07:34:02 PM I downloaded the Pokerstars mobile app a couple of days ago and it worked fine. Today it updated and a new app replaced the old one.
The new app says PokerStarsCOM and seems the same except that when I go to the cashier I just get a black screen. I've tried switching it off and on and everything. Any ideas? That seems to be the case. I assumed that because there's a cashier button, I would be able to deposit from my mobile. Thanks for your help. I ended up getting a friend to transfer me a few dollars, that is always an option. Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: marcro on December 23, 2012, 10:02:07 PM This explains how:

I have to visit the cashier separately from the link in the email link via my browser.
A bit cumbersome, but hopefully I won't need it too often. Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: Woodsey on December 24, 2012, 12:07:36 AM Sorry for crashing your thread Tom, but anyone know how I can see my position in the tourney when using the app? Ty in advance.

Ty in advance. When at the table you click "menu" then "tournament info". If this doesn't give you your position in the tourney then nothing will. It doesn't give you your position as far as I can see, but it does give you largest smallest and average stack sizes. It's a stunningly beautiful piece of software. I'm quite take with it. Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: Gemini Kings on December 26, 2012, 11:27:20 PM I downloaded the Pokerstars App onto my IPad last month but couldn't see any tournaments at all in the lobby. So I deleted.
Can you actually play all the cash games and tournaments or is it just a reduced version of the full site? Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: George2Loose on December 26, 2012, 11:44:12 PM all

Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: Royal Flush on December 27, 2012, 08:58:32 AM Any news of a FT app in the future? No idea, but I would have thought its highly likely now... I remember beta testing it in May 2011, i would imagine though that they have thrown that version away now and stated building a new version? (Not because it wasn't good, it was, just to make it run the same as the stars version) Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: Gemini Kings on December 28, 2012, 02:02:45 AM all Hold'em, Omaha and Omaha h/l only but yeah 98% Thanks, I'll have to download it again and try again. Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: RED-DOG on January 07, 2013, 08:37:19 AM Is there a rematch button for hu games?
Also, is there a way to see opponent's mucked hands at showdown? Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: pokerfan on January 07, 2013, 08:46:04 AM Is there a rematch button for hu games? Also, is there a way to see opponent's mucked hands at showdown? No rematch option afaik. You can view mucked hands by clicking previous in the top left corner and scrolling down the hh. Only works for the last hand though. Title: Re: Stars poker app Post by: RED-DOG on January 09, 2013, 12:46:20 PM Is there a rematch button for hu games? You always used to be able to, but the last few times I've logged on it just overrides whatever you're listening to. Have Iphone fwiw.
