Title: Ongame cash out issues - slightly worrying ? Post by: Amatay on January 06, 2013, 10:55:50 AM Cashed out a few grand around xmas from Goalwin (a Ongame skin) and got my horse to cash out a few hundo there too at the same sort of time as the BWIN merge with Party because we knew the games were gonna die on there. Obv traffic on Ongame has dramatically declined as a results. Its been at least 2 wks now and neither me or my horse have received our funds. We both received the same generic emails (which took ages to reply) stating that they were having withdrawal issues etc blah blahhhh. Anyways, i'm sure it i'll be fine but was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same cashout difficulties? I'm a tiny bit concerned but i guess it will be fine?

Sometimes theyre just slow processing the cashout and it takes 2/3 weeks. I imagine with xmas/new year theyre having some delays too. I wouldnt be too worried about it not showing up, just might take 3 weeks from date of cashout sometimes.
