Title: PKR Delays Post by: Killerkilsby on January 13, 2013, 08:12:51 PM Hi Guys,
Done a few mid size deposits and withdrawals with PKR and normally the cashouts are in my bank within 2 days. They state a maximum of 3 business days, however i put in a much larger than normal withdrawal request last weekend , and it is still not in my bank. They do state it can be 4 business days if its a large transaction, however it is still showing in my PKR account as pending, as in it hasn't been approved so the 3 business days have yet to start. I have emailed their customer service department and have yet to receive a reply. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of PKR delays in cash-outs? Thanks Title: Re: PKR Delays Post by: Killerkilsby on January 13, 2013, 09:07:48 PM Finally got through to someone in live support, seems strange.
Gareth: I see the $xxx.xx withdrawal was completed automatically Gareth: there has been some delay in processing of withdrawal this week Gareth: Hopefully your withdrawal of $xxxx.xx will be completed in the next 1-2 working days Gareth: We will email you once this has been processed. you: so i dont need to do anything? you: If i cancelled and re-sent would it be approved as quickly as the $xxx Gareth: No, I don't think so Gareth: No, it won't you: OK so if i wait another 2 working days it will be approved? you: and then 3 working days on top of that to get to my bank? you: Is there a reason for the delay? Gareth: I cannot tell exactly at the moment when it will be completed, however you should get the money in your bank within 24-48 hours once we complete the request you: Ok, i understand that, the main question is how long until the request is completed you: its been a full week Gareth: Unfortunately, I cannot tell when it will be completed at the moment, however I think it should be completed with 1-2 working days you: Ok, i will wait for that then, is there a reason for the delays? Gareth: this is just an unexpected delay, please do not worry, Gareth: we are trying our best to catch up Title: Re: PKR Delays Post by: pleno1 on January 13, 2013, 09:09:07 PM Withdrawals ?
