I wouldn't advise flatting, re raising to like 5k-6k is ok to let him spaz out or jamming is fine also. 30bb deep feels a bit horrible to jam as he is going to fold a lot of his hands he may spaz with if we make it like 5-6k.

3b /get it in

The ONLY time I flat QQ here is if I have a KNOWN super Aggro behind who is always going to squeeze.

Does stack size alter your decision? obvioulsy if you have 10-15bb its a insta jam. But what about if you are 50-100bb deep? does that change your decision at all?

I 3-bet call here... pretty much the smallest stack i 3-bet instead of jamming. Make it 4850 and call it off. Expect to see 88-JJ and AK all the time when a fish randomly 5x opens. ul, but you're well ahead of his range
