Downloaded the app a few days ago for £4.99 which is ofc pricey but is 100% worth it if you love a bit of degen gambling.

Very quick and easy to learn even if you have no clue what chinese poker is or how to play it.

Looking for people to play.

Search "open face chinese" on the app store. Free one will be first one u see then scroll across one and there is the £4.99 one which allows u to play online etc.

Same rules as regular chinese, the difference is you get dealt 5 cards each to start and all set them in the places u want one at a time, once every has set their first 5 cards wherever they want in whatever combo they want you each receive 1 card at a time until you fill your 13 card hand. There is a button and left of the button acts first same as poker.

You can get in on ipad, but it's not in the app store on ipad. Be friends with someone who has it and then you can see the games and get it.

On an Ipad, when you search for apps it defaults to iPad ones, though you can then click on iPhone Apps at the top of the screen and you can see it there.

Decent article to get basic grasp. Really easy to pick up tho.

Seen a few things mentioned online and had a couple of people warn me that some people have hacked the app and can cheat, so best to play with people you know and small stakes.

@flushy, what rules are wrong?

I know u can edit points per bonus etc, but surely a set in middle should be worth something, and it isn't as standard on the app.

The biggest error is that only winning royalties get paid, in OFC they should offset. If that doesn't make sense an example in the app, you have AKxxx flush i have AQxxx flush, i don't get paid a flush royalty which is wrong in OFC, OFC is there to encourage punting so you always get rewarded for getting there.

Of course the massive error is no fantasy land bonus.

thoughts on doing 1 card instead of 5 initially and increasing the royalties? seems more "gamble"

Played for the first time today. The single most tilting game I have ever played, but also the most addictive. Just so incred.

Had one hand where I was drawing to SF/Flush/QQ for the monster+fantasy land. Got a dodgy card and had to set a flush on the front to avoid a mis set, would have hit nut nut had I gambled for the 30 point fantasy land. So tilting!

One thing that is tilting me reading these.

Front hand is your 3 card hand, back is your strongest.

Prefer top, middle or bottom................ said like Micahel Barrymore for comedy effect!  ;D

This is the way I used to read Chinese hands, got told it was different for OFC. Will make sure I tell the people that informed me this that I was right ;)

nah it's proper standard. Doesn't even have a chat option which is uber tilting.

2 hands vs each other would be incred. I know about the pass 2 one but never played it, also sounds incred.
