Title: League Placings Matter - Ladder or Try & Win Post by: VBlue on January 30, 2013, 07:47:19 PM IPoker, $5 Buy-in (400/800 blinds, 100 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 7 Players

The range I put him on was about 22% 22+, A2s+, K9s+, QJs, A5o+, KTo+ and I had something like 52% equity, but even at 12% which is 77+, AT+, KT+, I have 43% equity. The standard is better than the usual $5 MTT although not without a mixture of abilities too. I am just inside the money with 15 left and with a ~30th place last week am pretty happy with the aggregate score I have racked up so far. This is an opportunity to get a stack of 20k and have a shot at winning a leg and securing a Second Chance SnG seat for all leg winners (8) - with a shot at a live seat to BBP live, for top 3 in league and winner of Second Chance SnG. Pot odds are a shade under 1.3:1. I think if my maths is good this is bang on the line of being a neutral ev call. Does that make it a call or not?
