ok i am 31/90 with average stack 4th hand on this table as players are busting every hand i am not staying long on any table
do i give up on hand continue repping a hand or check turn call river if i face a bet hoping to see khqx

I'd go less pre, check now fold river if he bets. It's not a horrid spot really, our equity dramatically reduced because he has the best hand heaps of the time now. I wouldn't try and get him to fold it.

was debating if i should make it 9 or 10k pre

This^^, although pre is probably fine against a $2 peel monkey. Generally would go 8500-9500 though.

played perfect so far, think i prefer 12k/fold ott now.

Played fine, c/f now imo, don't think he's folding much after he's c/called flop in 3bet pot
